Creative class - using the topic of coronavirus to achieve key competences in education
Abstract
Schools have been closed since March, and teachers are searching for distance learning opportunities. In this article, we provide guidance on using the topic of coronavirus to achieve the key competencies of pupils who do not have information about the pandemic and subsequently develop fear and anxiety. Which are hindering the understanding of educational content that is not part of their lives. They have many questions about the pandemic, they are looking for answers. Properly formulated activities, tasks will help them understand the current situation. We present proposals for key competences of the European Commission, but also proposals by Ken Robinson concerning the creative class. Finally, we offer ideas for creating a pupil's portfolio.
