The following exercise set offers simple prevention of the mentioned negative phe-nomena. The aim is, in particular, to provide opportunities for the practical use of the exercise set in pedagogical practice, which can be used by teachers of different gra-des of schools or students. Every exercise in the set is carefully described and supplemented with photographs.
