This post is about one of the most discussed topics among volunteers in general – reward. Although not all volunteers carry out their activities with a view to profit, there are still individuals who base their decision-making precisely on the type of reward promised to them by the organizer. The article points out that there are different ways of rewards in different countries, and in the case of a uniform, it may not always be a distinguishing element for volunteers, but at the same time it builds the image of the organizer even after the end of the event itself.
