The paper focuses on the introduction of the new re-education program ROPRATEM (in English DEPAWO - means developing pace of work), which has been accredited in the Czech Republic since 2017. The paper includes an analysis of experience with the one year use of the program in counselling practice and evaluation of program effectiveness for individual clients. As is clear from the presented data, clients achieve a very significant improvement in work pace during the three-month program. They also use demonstrably effective action strategies to solve tasks. The author of the article has completed an accredited course for working with the program and uses it during re-educational care for clients of the pedagogical-psychological counselling center Pelhřimov.
