The metamorphosis of human labour in the context of thinking and works of Zygmunt Bauman

This article is about the transformation of work, what's depend on its particular understanding, whether as a lonely concept or a term, or concrete concept. But, this understanding can be often influenced by our human thinking, our time and the „spirit“ of specific time, where we lives our life. Besides them, it can be influenced by our way of life, our needs, and our current relations in society, which is playing a significant role in the understanding of work. This article is focused on the analysis of these things, which can making a significant contribution for the tranformation of work, and adapt it to our needs. In the context of the changes in the understanding of work, we focus our view on the current and popular model of life, which is called „career“. It is just a career, which is currently the most widespread transformation of work, but the career is also the current problem for postmodern society. Our reasons and motives, which have led us to this conclusion we will try to explain.
The primary source for this article „the metamorphosis of human labour“ was polish sociologist Zygmunt Bauman with his thinking and works. During his life and professional work, Bauman has devoted to exploring, analyzing, describing and interpreting many of the problems of the postmodern era and our present. His work was focused on the concrete themes like was globalization, individualization, perception of life, perception of freedom, migration and more.
The aim of this article was acquaintance us with the metamorphosis of human work in our time, and specification of transformations, which can us also influence in understanding of problem. We are trying to clarify the changes in the understanding of work, which we understand today to be important in order to avoid many serious problems related to misinformation.
